3. The Controller as processor

Modern technologies may be used in the provision of services, in particular cloud services, client portals, document management and archiving systems, tools for automation and data extraction from documents (OCR), and tools incorporating elements of artificial intelligence. - public authorities when fulfilling legal obligations (tax offices, social security and health insurance institutions),
- an external tax advisor or auditor where necessary for the provision of the service,
- providers of IT infrastructure and software (hosting, client portal, accounting software) under data processing agreements,
- we do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA unless required by a tool used — and then only with appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
